"Bottoms Up" Basecoat

A sticky base coat.  It's thin, non-pooling formula makes it perfect for making stamping decals that stay flexible. It is also useful in the "sticky base coat method" of stamping. Please see our tutorial here. Available in 9 or 12 ml.

INGREDIENTS: Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Polyvinyl Butyral, Benzophenone-1 Violet 2 (CI 60725)
